Cancellation Policy
If you are a a no-show all fees paid by the client will be forfeited. At this point, it is too late to book another service and the full revenue is lost.
If client needs to reschedule rather than cancel, they may do so without penalty if the request is made more than 7 days in advance.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the service date will incur a rescheduling fee equal to the cancellation fee.
